During a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors held on November 12, 2022, a roads maintenance recommendation from the Roads Committee was approved:
MOTION: Motion to approve road repairs pursuant to a recommendation by the Roads Committee:
- Scope of work area: to include the section of Spruce Creek Court extending from the intersection with Geyser Creek Connector to the lowest elevation of the road heading away from that intersection.
- Description of work: to re-grade in such a way as to alter the road surface slope to slope towards the ditch on the south side of the road. Also to excavate the existing ditch so as to increase its depth and effectiveness.
- Approved Budget: $1,800
- Expiration: Budget approval is valid through July 1, 2023.
