Call for Volunteers

The Board of Directors has established the following committees to allow more engagement within our community:

  • Roads Committee
  • Communications Committee
  • Social Committee
  • Ballot Committee (Currently FULL)

If you are willing to volunteer to serve our community, please contact the Chair of the Committee that most interests you, the President, or any member of the Board.

2025 Annual Meeting of the Members

The 2025 Annual Meeting of the Members was on May 3rd, 2025 in the Council Chamber of Dubois Town Hall.  

The election for the Board of Directors was won by:

The Board of Directors and the various committee members often get questions from current or prospective owners in the ULWSCS.  As these questions percolate to the top of frequency, we will be posting questions and answers.  We hope you find these helpful!  If you have suggestions for relevant content that should be included in our FAQs or elsewhere on the site, let us know!

Questions answered here are chosen with three criteria in mind, along with some common sense:

  1. Has the question been asked of the Association by multiple owners or prospective owners?
  2. Is the question and answer likely to be useful for other owners or prospective owners?
  3. Is the question and answer purely factual in nature with no opinions or biases expressed?
