If you own an ATV (all-terrain vehicle) or ORV (off-road vehicle), please go to the Wyoming Parks ORV & Trails site for information on obtaining a Wyoming ORV Permit.
Titling of ORVs is optional in Wyoming, but required if you want to get a license plate and to be allowed to drive your ORV on public roads (other than interstate highways, where ORVs are banned).
