Herein are the Minutes of the Meetings and other actions taken by the Board of Directors of the Upper Little Warm Springs Association, which represents the owners in the Upper Little Warm Spring Creek Subdivision in Dubois, Wyoming.
We are currently in the 2024 Term.
For the purpose of context, the Minutes included here are from both Wyoming non-profit corporations which have served as the HOA for Upper Little Warm Spring Creek Subdivision since it inception in 1976. Also included are Minutes from owners who functioned as a Board during the 2009-2017 period:
- 1976-2009: Upper Little Warm Springs Association
- originally known as the "Upper Little Warm Springs Water and Road Users Association, Inc."
- Administratively dissolved by the State of Wyoming in 2009
- 2019-Present: Upper Little Warm Springs Association
- Organization Meeting held on August 3, 2019
- Bylaws Enacted on August 3, 2019
- Bylaws Replaced on January 20, 2024
