Annual Meeting of Owners

The 2023 Annual Meeting of the Upper Little Warm Springs Association, the homeowners association of the Upper Little Warm Spring Creek subdivision, will be held on September 9, 2023, starting at 10:00 AM, at Mountain Grace Church, 27 Gilliland Ave, Dubois, WY 82513.

All owners of lots in the Upper Little Warm Spring Creek subdivision are invited and encouraged to attend. For those unable to attend in person, online video conferencing and conference call options will be available.

A Special Meeting of the Board of Directors held on July 12, 2023 immediately following a very productive conference with the Roads Committee.  As a result of the discussion and recommendations, to Board of Directors has approved two specific projects and also provided specific guidance to the Roads Committee for projects they would like researched and proposed.

Dana Griffis resigned from the Board of directors today due to the impending sale of her home and the moving of her family.  The Board expressed their appreciation to Dana for her efforts and advice throughout her term on the Board of Directors.  We all wish her well in her future plans.

The Regular Board Meeting scheduled for July 13, 2023 is canceled.  The reason for the cancelation is due to scheduling issues.  The Board makes every effort to schedule in a way which allows all Directors to attend every meeting possible.  Instead, the Board is meeting on July 12th for a working session, then holding a joint meeting with the Roads Committee, then holding a Special Meeting immediately afterward to set the annual meeting and Board election timetables.  These meetings are all executive sessions and therefore not open to attendance.  After the meetings are conducted,
